Dale Slusser, Associate AIA
Coordinator

Dale grew up at Milton Hershey School, a school for disadvantaged children in Hershey, Pennsylvania, where he came to know the Lord through Child Evangelism Fellowship Bible Club. He has a bachelor's degree in Education (Library Science) and an associates degree in Architectural Technology. Dale learned about Helps International Ministries in the mid 1980s while working for architectural firms in the Lancaster, PA area, in the mid 1980's. He began his service with HIM in 1987. Dale serves in the Planning/Design Ministry as a draftsman and designer, utilizing his God-given gifts and talents for mission organizations in the US and abroad. He now serves as Coordinator of the Planning/Design Ministry.

David Foerster, R.A.
Southeast Asia

David was born and raised in the Greater Detroit area in Michigan and received his Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan. After working in two different architectural firms in Michigan over the following eight years, David moved to Portland, Oregon to attend Seminary at Multnomah Biblical Seminary and received a Masters in Pastoral Studies in 1997. In 1999, David joined HIM and has served as an Architect in the Planning/Design ministry since that time. Since October 2005, David and his wife have lived in Southeast Asia, focusing their ministry efforts on that area of the world.

Marc Hoyle, R.A., NCARB
Europe

Marc is an "MK", having grown up in Europe where his parents served with Greater Europe Mission. Returning to the United States for his undergraduate work, Marc received his Bachelor's in Architecture from Temple University in 1988. Marc began serving with HIM in 1995, serving as Coordinator of the Planning/Design Ministry before he and his family moved to Europe to focus their ministry efforts on that area of the world.
